Sales Manager

Heritage Construction Co., LLC is a small roofing restoration and replacement company. We are a family-owned business in a friendly, fun, and supportive environment. We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us grow and maintain our customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Door to door sales; speaking directly with homeowners with the purpose of generating leads.
• Getting on roofs to take photographs of damage.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters and assisting homeowners through the claims process.
• All aspects of account management and contracts; you will be responsible for running all the projects that you sell from start to finish.
• Commission based pay after training.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Drivers License.
• Only local candidates will be considered.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Truck or SUV that can carry a ladder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,601.00 - $60,137.00 per year
